Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use checkmyhairstyle.com and the CheckMyHairstyle app. By using the service, you agree to them.

The service

You upload a photo of yourself, choose a hairstyle, and we generate an AI preview of you with that style. A preview is a visual guide to help you decide on a cut. It is not a guarantee of how a real haircut will turn out.

Your account

• You sign in with a Google account and must be 18 or older.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.

Credits and payment

• Each preview uses one credit. New accounts get one free credit.
• You can buy credit packs. Prices are shown in Indian rupees before you pay, and payments are processed by Razorpay.
• Credits are for use on CheckMyHairstyle only. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
• If a preview fails to generate, the credit goes back to your balance automatically.
• Refunds of purchases are covered by our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

• Only upload photos of yourself, or of someone who has clearly agreed to it.
• Do not upload photos of minors, nudity, or anything unlawful.
• Do not use previews to impersonate, deceive or harass anyone.
• Do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you. You may use your previews for personal purposes, including showing them to your barber or stylist.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running, but it may sometimes be unavailable or produce results that look wrong. The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
