Classic side part: neat medium-short hair combed to one side with a clean parting line and tidy tapered sides.
Sides: scissor-over-comb or a #3 taper, kept neat over the ears. Top: 2.5–3 inches, length kept even for a clean side sweep. Part: on the natural parting side; a light razor line is optional. Style: comb to the side with a light-hold cream.
It works best on straight and wavy hair. You need about 5 cm (2.0 inches) of hair on top for the barber to cut it. The quickest way to know is to preview a side part on your own photo before the cut.
